| ANNEXATION |
| NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Clallam County Fire District #5 will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed annexation of an area generally described as the Hoko/Burnt Mountain Annexation. Those portions of the following described Lands not already included in the Clallam County Fire District #5 Boundaries: Township 31N, Range 11W; Township 31N, Range 12W; Township 31N, Range 13W; Township 31N Range 14W; Township 32N, Range 13W; Section 31, Township 33, Range 13 W; Section 1, Township 32N, Range 14W A copy of the legal description and map of the area proposed for annexation is available at 60 Eagle Crest Way, Clallam Bay WA 98326. The area has been requested to be annexed into the District by a petition signed by the owners of approximately 65% of the area. The hearing will be held at 6:00pm on September 23, 2011 at 60 Eagle Crest Way, Clallam Bay WA 98326. All interested persons are invited to attend. |
